The 9th Annual EAS Conference ‘East meets West’ was successfully held from the 13th – 15th September in Riga hosted by University of Latvia. The programme below contains presentations from several of the attendees, including Bart Ooijen from the European Commission and Tibor Kosla, President of the EAS network.
Delegates left the conference with positive feelings towards the future development of EAS within the Dual Career. The establishment of the ‘Bengt Nybelius Scholarship’ was introduced and discussed. Even though attended by a small number of 50 delegates compared to last years 100, it still proved a success and was influential to the improvement of the EAS Network.
Unfortunately the presentation from University of Mendelejeva was not shown throughout the conference as Golovina Vare Anatoljevna and Akulova Tatyana Nikolaevna were unable to attend, however we welcome you to view the content of this document University of Mandekejeva., please do not refrain from asking any further questions.
