The ENGSO General Assembly was held in Tallinn from 19–22nd May. EAS was represented by president Bengt Nybelius and ExCom member Ilvis Abelkalns.

At the Assembly, President Birgitta Kervinen (FIN) was re-elected along with new members of the ExCom – Michael Trinker (AUT) and Romana Caput-Jagunica (CRO).

Michal Krejza, Head of EU Sport-Unit, gave an interesting update on the situation of sport within the EU and also stressed the importance of the work of ENGSO. In the Communication of January 18th, which is to be seen as a complement of the White Paper, the Dual Career is one of the important issues.
