On behalf of the organizing committee, we would like to inform you that we have selected one specific hotel which will be able to accommodate all our delegates from the different (European) countries. We would like to apologize in advance for any inconvenience or confusion our emails might have caused. However, we have received several messages from delegates who are not able to attend our EAS Conference due to the high costs of the hotels in Amsterdam. Most hotels offer higher costs per room per night during this period. However, we have managed to select a good quality hotel at a reasonable price. We hope that this change will be beneficial to all our delegates and that we will be able to welcome you to Amsterdam in September for the EAS Conference.

Hotel Casa 400, our selected hotel, is situated near the center of Amsterdam. ‎Casa 400 is a modern hotel, which opened its doors in the spring of 2010. The hotel offers all the facilities and services to enable a pleasant stay. Hotel Casa 400 is situated on the edge of Amsterdam city centre, making it perfectly accessible by public transport and car.

The following hotel costs are applicable: Single use €129.00 per room per night, including breakfast and excluding 5% city taxes Double use €141.50 per room per night, including breakfast and excluding 5% city taxes

There will be arranged transportation from and to the conference location and Hotel Casa 400 during the conference days. (Note: There will be no arranged transportation from and to the airport.)
